The risk relating to the pigeon is transferred to the buyer at the time of its delivery by the seller to Pigeons-Auctions.fr and provided that the owner fulfills the aforementioned conditions.
If you buy a pigeon from Loft Moussaddad, then you are required to collect the pigeon from the headquarters of Moussaddad Loft (Sens 89100) within 14 days of confirmation of the purchase, i.e. after completion of the sale at the fixed price offered .
Pigeons-Auctions.fr cannot transport the pigeon to the buyer or the delivery address to be designated by the latter and cannot be held responsible for this transport, even if the buyer asks him separately to collaborate in facilitating preparations for transport as well as for the transport itself.
In the event that the transport is despite everything by or via the intermediary of Pigeons-Auctions.fr at the express request of the buyer, this will be the subject of a separate contract.
Offer and conclusion of contract

Payment of the purchase price

All amounts are always expressed in EURO. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all payments are made in euros within 10 (seven) calendar days from the date of the invitation to pay, from the written confirmation of the final award by Pigeons-Auctions. .fr to the buyer, unless the terms of sale and payment are expressed otherwise at the time of the sale.

Delivery

The desired place of delivery is communicated by the buyer to Pigeons-Auctions.fr at the latest at the time of the offer.
Pigeons-Auctions.fr undertakes to deliver the pigeon as provided for in the article Conclusion of the Contract of Sale, of these conditions and at the latest three months after the end of the auction / sales period, insofar as the transport is possible and has been expressly accepted by Pigeons-Auctions.fr.
Pigeons-Auctions.fr can in no case be obliged to deliver the Pigeon before receipt of the purchase price, taxes and possible transport costs, as planned.
